I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist. This designation required significant additional training and supervision. At the time I earned my certification, there were only about 30 therapists in the entire state of Texas that qualified for this honor. I currently serve as a Regional Ambassador for the North Texas EFT Community and frequently help facilitate training that teaches EFT to other therapists. One of my favorite things is continuing education training; I really do live and breathe EFT and attachment theory. I am devoted to constantly sharpening my clinical skills because I want the best for my clients. Because I love EFT so much, I have also become an EFT Supervisor Candidate and enjoy supporting other therapists grow in the model of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

In addition to being slightly obsessed with becoming the very best therapist possible for my clients, I enjoy time with my family, the ocean, running, yoga, and all things theatre arts. As a former theatre kid, I still delight in public speaking and would be honored to speak at your moms’ group, company, or other organization.

Diversity Statement:
I aim to cultivate a climate of inclusion, an environment where all can feel safe, valued, cared for, and given an opportunity to form meaningful connections with each other. In all facets of my work, I strive to embody what I hope to see in the world – a just, loving humanity and community in which people are free to be themselves fully – where people can embrace their most basic universal human attachment needs without fear of persecution or marginalization as a result of religious affiliation or non-affiliation, race, ethnic or national origin, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, class, neurodivergence, mental health, physical character, or disability.
